The Zurab Zhvania Tsinandali Award for Young Scientists and Artists was staged for the second time after the prize established in 1998 under the auspices of Georgia's late prime minister and parliament chair Zurab Zhvania was restored in 2014.

The award was founded to reveal some of the brightest young Georgians working in art and science.
