2016

The artist at the exhibition presents works with the simplest phrases, words we say to express feelings and desires.

Works without titles. The same phrase is repeated on the canvases according to the principle of mantra. Every word on each picture should be read by the viewer from beginning to end. The energy charge exerted by the mantra reaches the human subconscious. Repeated 100 times or more, "I love you", "I love you", "Come to me", "I want to be with you" or "I miss you" is a kind of meditation for the viewer. , Which are embedded in your subconscious, you can express and fix on a special wall.

Books on love are placed in an old closet. The idea of the installation came to the author after observing the attitude towards love - "We have saved love more often, it is hidden somewhere in an old forgotten corner. "As time goes on to be with love, we no longer remember, we no longer remember, we no longer talk about love, and we come to terms with the fact that it must exist for itself silently, without attention."

The exhibition will include a presentation of Zurab Arabidze's book "I love you", 404 pages, 63 468 times explained on 202 pages. According to the author, this is a book for everyone who can love. Give a gift and tell them how much you love them. "

The project is organized by Gamrekeli Gallery, sponsors: Ministry of Culture and Monument Protection of Georgia and TNN ART project.
